1. Prepare a plan-

The first step toward any successful venture is an apt and realistic plan. Understand your business, its demand, target customer base, inventory life, and transportation from your location. If you have not yet thought of any product, decide it before anything else.

2. Arrange for Photoshoot-

Once the products to sell are finalized, arrange for a professional product shoot. Amazon India strictly only allows the images with a solid white background in categories like- Home and kitchen, apparels, shoes & handbags, electronics, cosmetics, health and personal care etc. Also, the minimum image size should be 1000X1000 pixels. Below this limit, images are often suppressed and get disappeared from your Amazon’s product page.

If you have a good hands-on experience in photography, try clicking pictures on your own, this will save you a lot of bucks. Click at least 5 images of each product- front view, top, side, bottom, and one as per your choice (I would recommend a person’s/objects image along with your article to give a realistic view. 3. Keep the product details ready-

After the completion of a professional shoot, write down all the specifications of your product as many as possible. Color, weight, length, breadth, height, technical specifications (for electronics etc.), material, utility, special features, SKU number (unique code that you assign to each of your product for inventory differentiation).
